These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of homeimprovementailab.com (the “Site”) and any services offered by Lesher Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) under the Home Improvement AI Lab name. By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Content on the Site, in our community, and in our materials is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including any number of leads, appointments, sales, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, such as your market, offer, lead sources, and follow-through.

Services and payment

Specific services, pricing, and deliverables are described on the Site or agreed with you in writing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, setup fees are due before work begins and monthly fees are billed in advance each month. Third-party usage costs (such as text messaging, phone, and AI usage) are billed separately. Monthly services have no long-term contract and may be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access needed to set up your services.
• Obtain proper consent before contacting anyone through systems we build for you, and honor opt-out requests.
• Follow the terms of the third-party platforms your services run on.
• Not use the Site or services for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.

SMS / text messaging terms

By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to receive messages related to your inquiry, application, appointments, and our services at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Our services rely on third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel, telecom carriers, and AI providers) and our community is hosted on Skool. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes to their terms, pricing, or approval processes.
